Albert

“Bank, save, invest, and budget” — Albert is on a mission to help millions of Americans get smarter about money, and building industry-leading features that offer a whole new way to bank, save, and invest. Their goal is to build a world where where no one has to worry about making the wrong financial decisions.

We worked with the Fintech app Albert to acquire users for its iOS and Android apps in the USA. Albert app is a financial service that uses technology to automate its user’s finances with the guidance of human experts team.

Goals

he primary goal of the campaign was to acquire and target users with a genuine interest in subscribing to the app after their free trial period.

In this case, achieving 20% lower paid subscriber cost was also a big factor determining the success of the campaign, as well as the quality of leads.

Tactics & Methods

Exploration

We’ve started with the promotion of Albert’s iOS app for the first few months, buying traffic from different media sources (DSP, Ad-exchanges) on various creative sizes. As well as exploring different verticals and ad spaces (games, e-commerce, etc).

Optimization

Once the campaign started picking up, we carefully analyzed the data, looking for abnormalities, as well as giving insight on the best media sources. This allowed us to place an additional focus on targeting users who not only activated free trial, but continued to subscribe for Albert’s services.

Scaling

Continuous scaling of the campaign, increasing the bids of the most successful media sources, and starting an AOS campaign as well.
